This event lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Create your very own dream ice cream in this hands-on ice cream making workshop that runs during selected weeks. Working in socially distanced groups of a maximum of three people per station, you will create your very own ice cream from scratch, selecting the flavours you most enjoy, or inventing new flavour combinations!
You will use pasteurised milk from our organic cow with calf dairy farm, and you’ll add sugar, cream and a range of delicious ingredients to flavour your creation. Our ice cream recipe is suitable for domestic ice cream makers, so if you have access to an ice cream maker you can put your new ice cream making skills to use when you get home.
While your mixture is freezing into luxurious ice cream we’ll let you into some of the secrets behind our ice cream and answer any questions you might have. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy an ice cream tasting experience.
Once the ice cream making machine has done its work, you’ll decant your very own ice cream into a tub which we will store in our freezer for you to take home to enjoy at the end of your visit.
Covid Safety Measures: Your group will be allocated a 2m x 2m workstation that is at least 2m from other stations. All equipment is sanitised prior to the start of the session and great attention is paid to hygiene and safety throughout.

Please Note: All bookings must be made two days before the event takes place. Ice Cream Making Workshops require a minimum of 4 bookings to run. If the date you select does not reach 4 bookings we will contact you by phone to reschedule or make other arrangements.
