Things to do

In light of the ongoing Covid-19 situation we have reviewed our procedures and activities and made some changes.

The visitor centre and playground will be CLOSED until further notice.

The nature trails will be OPEN.

Our top tips for a day at Cream o’ Galloway!

Get here early!  Our visitor centre opens at 10am daily, the sooner you arrive the more fun you’ll have!

Pace yourself!  There simply isn’t enough time to do everything at Cream o’ Galloway in one day.  If you’re on holiday in the area consider a Weekly Pass and visit more than once. You can purchase this pass on your first visit and use it every day for a week!

Book your slot on the Pedal Karts as soon as you arrive – they can get very busy!

Be brave!  Both the Flying Fox and the Drop Slide can be daunting to first timers, but they’re great fun for children and grown-ups alike!

You’re never too old to play!  Which is why we’ve built all our activities with grown-ups in mind. Children under 16 should always be supervised by an adult over 18.

Boing gently… at first!  Go Boing is a completely new experience so don't try to Boing too high all at once, give your legs time to get acquainted with the bounciness.

Look up!  The treetops of our woodland Adventure Playground are full of wildlife, you get a great view from the top of the Viewing Tower.

Explore the beautiful countryside.  Meander along one of the Nature Trails and take time to relax at the benches overlooking our wildlife ponds.

…and relax.  Catch your breath with some quiet time during your day with us, spend a few moments in the garden, linger by the pond or listen to the birdsong.
