Cheese Making Course Voucher

A full day cheese making experience that’s perfect for foodies, or indeed anyone who’s interested in the art of cheese making. This immersive experience is led by our cheese makers who will show a small group of participants how to make two different types of cheese using milk from our cow with calf dairy farm. 

Participants will learn how to make a soft cheese, which can be easily replicated at home, and a pressed cheese following the steps we use to make cheese ourselves.  The pressed cheese will then need to be matured at home. 

Since cheese making involves periods of time when you pause and let nature take its course, participants will enjoy a range of food and farming experiences, including a tour of the farm, an opportunity to see our cheese store and a cheese tasting experience. Lunch and refreshments are also included.  

There are two Cheese Making Course vouchers to choose from. For one person working alone at a workstation the cost is £95. For two people working together at a single workstation the cost is £130. 

Cheese Making Courses are expected to run at least monthly during 2024, and the vouchers are valid for two years.

You will receive an event voucher by email in PDF format. The voucher can be printed or forwarded by email to the recipient. The voucher will contain a unique code which can be redeemed against scheduled Cheese Making Workshop events.
