Cream o' Galloway - Simply Natural

In 2007 we opened cycle tracks around a route which has been planted with 30,000 native broadleaf trees.  The tracks are graded according to difficulty: the green route is a good one to get started on, suitable for all; the blue route needs a little more experience; the red route is more challenging and for experienced cyclists only.  As well as getting the heart pounding, zipping round these trails also gives you a great view of the community wind turbine.  These tracks are available to anyone and you are welcome to bring your own bike to enjoy them.  Alternatively, you can hire bikes from us - we have a fleet of mountain bikes, including children's bikes and a range of adult sizes.  Trail-a-bikes and a child's seat are also available, and anyone hiring a bike will also be provided with a helmet.

Cycle hire is included in our 'Slide & Ride' ticket which costs £10 per person and entitles you to unlimited rides on the Flying Fox, Down the Hatch, Pedal Karts and Bicycles.
