frequent visitorsIt's been a long winter without you! We're so looking forward to opening the doors at 10am on Saturday morning to welcome back our lovely visitors. We'll be open from 10am to 4pm each day for the week of the school holidays: Saturday 11th to Sunday 19th February.
Following that we'll just be open at the weekends until the middle of March when we return to full time opening.

Holiday activities

feed the birdsOn Tuesday from 11am to 1pm you can drop in to our 'Feed the Birds' activity to create your own bird feeders. Make one to hang in the trees here at Cream o' Galloway and another to take home to your garden. (£3 per child). The chaffinches are already queueing up in anticipation!
 
craft activitiesWe're running a couple of special 'Ready Steady Freeze' sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday starting at midday. If you fancy having a go at making your own ice cream call us to book places. It's £15 for two people or £18 for three people to work together and the activity lasts around an hour and a quarter.
 
Friday is 'Craft Day' so if you fancy getting stuck in with crafty activities, drop in between 11am and 4pm. There will be no charge for this activity.
 
 

Annual Passes

keyringIf you ordered an annual pass it's here in the kiosk ready for you to collect on your first visit. There's a keyring for you to present each time you visit, together with some information about the benefits of using your pass, discounts available and dates when you can bring friends for free.
There are prizes for the families that make the most visits during the year so remember to sign in each time you visit!

Wild Winter

Our 'Feed the Birds' event is one of a number of wildlife events running throughout Dumfries and Galloway over the coming week. For details about other activities you might like to join, take a look at www.wildseasons.co.uk You can meet wild swans, plant some trees or go bird watching with the experts.
